Info & FAQ’S

Who do we supply?
We deliver superb quality products to restaurants, hotels, cafes, hospitals, schools, universities, nightclubs, sports stadiums and the general catering trade across Brisbane and surrounding areas.

What do I need to become a customer?
As a wholesaler, we supply to other businesses. This means that we require you to have an ABN and Registered Business Name in order to supply to you.

If you do not have either of those things, you can order through our other delivery service – Charlie’s Fruit Online (www.charliesfruitonline.com.au)

I can’t see an item that I need in stock, can you source that item for me?
Quite possibly! Give us a call on 0490 217 515 to discuss this as it may be unavailable seasonally, or in the case of some of the more obscure items we don’t have many customers who buy it so we don’t stock it regularly and we may be able to special order it for you.

What is the minimum order amount?
Our minimum order is $50 (excluding delivery). This applies to both pick up and delivery orders.

What is your cut off time for ordering?
Our cut-off time for next-day delivery or pick up is 10pm, provided we deliver to your area that day. See the days we deliver to your area here: https://www.charliesfruitwholesale.com.au/service-delivery-areas/

Do you charge a delivery fee?
Our standard delivery charge is $8.00, however orders over $100 receive free delivery.

Does my business need to be attended to accept the order?
By default, we require a signature upon delivery of goods so there will need to be someone at the premises to accept the delivery.

If you do not have someone available to sign for your delivery, we can leave it at a specified place on the premises if you provide us with authority to leave. However, we will not not liable for damaged or stolen goods due to being left unattended and in improper storage outside.

What payment methods do you take?
We accept credit cards (credit card fee applies), or bank transfer if you have applied and been approved for a credit account.

Do you accept cash on delivery?
No we don’t. Payment must be completed via the website before an order is dispatched if you are on a pre-pay account.

Do you deliver to my suburb?
Maybe! You can search your suburb on this page: https://www.charliesfruitwholesale.com.au/service-delivery-areas/
If you do not see your suburb on that list, or your suburb is listed but does not have any delivery days next to it, we do not currently deliver there. We have just a small delivery company so we’re limited in the distance we can travel.

If you’d like to see your suburb on our delivery area in future, please give us a call on 0490 217 515 or please contact us through the Contact form (https://www.charliesfruitwholesale.com.au/contact-us/). The more requests we get for a suburb, the more likely we will be to add it to our area.

If we don’t currently service your suburb, please do not select a suburb close to you and write your actual suburb in the description or address line in order to get the order through. We may be unable to deliver your order and your order will be cancelled.

My order says “Completed” online but I haven’t received it yet. What does this mean?
We mark the order as “Completed” once it’s been printed and sorted to be passed on to the packing team. It does not mean your order has been delivered. Please refer to your confirmation email for the delivery date.

I received my order and I am missing items, what do I do?
If missing items, please get in touch within 24 hours of receiving the order by calling or texting 0490 217 515, emailing [email protected] or by putting an enquiry through the Contact Us form so that we can follow up for you.

I was happy with the items when I received them, but some have gone bad way quicker than expected, what happened?
